El grupo holandés Within Temptation lanzan un nuevo disco en directo el próximo 3 de noviembre, en este caso en tono acústico. An acoustic night at the theatre repasa los mejores éxitos de la banda liderada por Sharon den Adel e incluye un tema inédito titulado Utopia. Este directo fue grabado en noviembre de 2008 en el concierto en el Muziekcentrum Frits Philips de Eindhoven (Holanda).
Junto a Utopia, el concierto contiene canciones como Towards the end, Stand my ground, Caged, All I need, Frozen, Somewhere, The cross, Pale, What have you done, Memories y Forgiven.
An acoustic night at the theatre cuenta con dos invitados de honor: Keith Caputo (de Life Of Agony) que participa en la canción What have you done y Anneke van Giersbergen (de The Gathering) que canta a dúo con Den Adel el tema Somewhere.
Within Temptation fue fundado en 1996 por Sharon Den Adel y Robert Westerholt. El grupo se completa con Ruud Jolie (guitarra), Jeroen van Veen (bajo), Martijn Spierenburg (teclados) y Stephen van Haestregt (batería).
